Proposal management software

Proposal management, from opportunity to outcome.

One workspace for every proposal your team has open, so the deadline, the work and the result sit on the same record instead of in someone's inbox.

What it is

Proposal work, kept in one place.

An opportunity comes in, you decide whether to pursue it, the response gets split up and assigned, and the result goes on the record.

It suits proposal teams, tender coordinators and small companies that answer public and private procurement without a full proposal department behind them.

How it works for you

Fewer dropped proposals, better decisions.

The point is not more software. It is that the deadline, the owner and the outcome are never something somebody has to go and look for.

  1. 01

    Nothing falls through

Deadlines, owners and the state of the response sit on the proposal itself, so work that changes hands does not lose its history.

  2. 02

    Decide before you write

Qualify an opportunity and settle go or no-go up front, rather than finding out in week two that it was never worth pursuing.

  3. 03

    Know your real win rate

Outcomes get recorded properly, including the proposals nobody awarded, so the numbers you report are the numbers that happened.

Why this one

Built for proposals, not adapted to them.

Most teams run their proposals out of a spreadsheet, a shared drive and a sales CRM that was never meant for procurement deadlines.

Shaped like a proposal
The record is a proposal, not a sales deal with the stages renamed. Submission dates, qualification and the outcome are part of it from the start.
One price for the team
Growth covers a whole team at a single price, so bringing in a colleague for one response does not cost you another seat.
Built for local procurement
Made in South Africa for South African procurement, billed in rand, with no currency conversion between you and your invoice.

Pricing

Priced per workspace, not per seat.

In South African rand. Annual billing is twelve months paid at once, at the same total.

What does ProposalWorx cost?

Solo is R120 a month or R1,440 a year for one user. Growth is R1,500 a month or R18,000 a year for up to 15 users, priced per workspace rather than per seat. Enterprise pricing is arranged with sales. Payment runs through Paystack in South African rand.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every new workspace starts on Solo with 14 days free from the day you sign up, and no card is needed to start. After 14 days the workspace becomes read-only until you subscribe. Growth starts as a paid subscription with no trial, and Enterprise trial terms are arranged with sales.

How many people can use one workspace?

Solo covers one user. Growth covers up to 15 users at a single price, so adding a colleague costs nothing extra until you pass 15. Enterprise seat counts are agreed with sales.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled before the next renewal date from the billing area in settings. Annual and Enterprise agreements run to the agreed term.

Does ProposalWorx work outside South Africa?

The workspace itself has no geographic limit and proposals can be recorded in any currency. Subscriptions are billed in rand through Paystack.

See it on your own work

Put your next proposal in it and see.

Create the opportunity, set the deadline and assign the first three tasks. That is usually enough to tell whether it fits how your team works.
